About Edward Gay Family Farm

Grown right here on this land in east Springdale since the 1920's, the Gay family proudly offers our peaches, grapes, and apples. You will also find many other types of locally and regionally grown produce at our roadside market on Hwy 412E: tomatoes, watermelons, cucumbers, peppers, squashes, berries, peas, okra, green beans, corn, onions, potatoes, garlic, fresh herbs, pumpkins, and more, as available from our growers. We sell local honey, sorghum, molasses, and syrups; authentically made homemade jams, jellies, pickled goods, canned goods, home-baked goodies, muscadine juice, fresh apple cider, and more. We only carry the freshest, in-season products. Come step back in time with us at our roadside market at 4737 E Robinson Ave!

Absolutely wonderful people. Very friendly family. Amazing fresh produce grown on their family farm. The Black diamond watermelons are out of this world. I have yet to find anything here that I don't like. This farm has been around for around a hundred years. Pretty incredible. Let's stop giving Walmart our money and support our local family farmers. Plus nothing at Walmart is half as good as what you can get here.

I bought a jar of cherry butter for 6.50. Not butter. Barely saw a cherry. Should be called jelly. Also bought a bad cantaloupe. But the watermelon was amazing!

Cool spot for fresh in-season produce- staff is super nice. They also have sugar free homemade jams and jellies. I highly recommend checking it out, reasonable prices too.
